That is why 'http://docs.gimp.org/ko/gimp-help-index.html' page is
missing.
to be honest I don't remember beeing asked, so sorry for the
"missing" answer. The index is built automatically together with all
the other html files. Nothing special. All it takes to fill it are
the <indexterm lang="ko"> elements you insert into the .xml files.
