I agree, Davis. And I'm having build problems, too, as you may see in another thread. I think the current installation instructions need tidying up some--and I'm suspicious about the build process now. I've never seen the errors I'm getting now and I've been building my own gcc for nearly all releases since egcc (but only on alpha, irix, and i386). Maybe I can shed some light after I get my problems sorted out. Regards, -Tom
