Hi , I have seen some symbols in the symbol table are attributed as .HIDDEN, sometimes while linking with these libraries, i am getting the Hidden symbol issue from ld and ld exits. Can anyone explain, why this hidden symbol is used ? and any work around link against the hidden symbols. thanks amrith
