Sorry for the late reply. I'm afraid there is no way to do it. because we don't know much detailed information without reading metadata in fonts. If there is something we can do for, that may be to implement excluding particular fonts by filename and directory name even if it is in the target fonts directories for caching. However, I'm concerned if it may introduce some confusion. I've noticed that when I blacklist several fonts the cache file size remains the same. So I guess that whole WINDOWSFONTDIR is cached every time and then the black list filter is applied.
