What desktops are considered to block the release is, as I explained the
last time you tried to derail the thread, a bigger issue and not
something we can just unilaterally declare by rewriting a release
criterion. I do _not_ want to get dragged into that tarpit when I'm just
trying to tighten up the existing criteria in a non-controversial way.

If you actually think there's something about my proposed changes that
should be revised, please state specifically what it is and give your
alternative text - not vague stuff but direct quote and an actual
alternative text. Then we can all discuss which is better. If you just
want to propose something different, please start a new thread, and
again, provide a concrete text proposal.
