I checked the two bug lists from Poelstra's example and my example and
found that Poelstra's had one that mine didn't. It doesn't directly block
F14Beta, but does block a bug which blocks F14beta.
I don't think there is a way to do this with the boolean charts as the
block and depend values only check one level and there doesn't seem to be
a way build build rules with chains of bugs (or alias expansion for that
matter).
