Well, if the maintainer really knows that, while I do not, he could
have reassign that bug but apparently he had chosen not to.  Hard
for me to know why.

OK.  If you are convinced that this is the right thing to do ...

Maybe this was a reason for a missing reassignment?  As I mentioned
a corresponding kernel bug was reported in December of 2009 but I
did not hear anything about it since.  OTOH in F12 i915 driver was
in such state that worries about suspend were very far on my list.
It is surely in a better shape in F13 and I was able, in pm-utils,
to restore a functionality lost after an upgrade from F10 to F12.
