You're missing the point. It's not about APIC or anything else. The To:
line of every message here says "For testers of Fedora Core development
releases". IOW, this is the list for *test* versions of Fedora, i.e.
Rawhide. The list for supported versions (currently F9 and F10) is
fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxxx

After F11 comes out, this list will rapidly move to discussing the new
Rawhide, i.e. the future F12, and the other list will be appropriate for
F11.

Since you're asking about F10, you should do so on the other list. You
can obviously be on both of course, (just don't cross-post questions to
both.)
