Yes, this is true, and I think we do our best to make it clear to them that the developers will not see and answer questions there--it's primarily users helping users. Around the time of new releases, we have to emphasize that over and over. I have a spare partition, I'll do another F10 install over the weekend perhaps and see if my experience matches yours this time. Maybe something I choose in custom package selection did something, I really don't know.
