Thats not what Don suggested.  Don suggested some authoritative list of
repositories, as in Fedora and 3rd party repositories where one might
find software for Fedora Core releases.  A Fedora Core/Extras mirror
list could certainly be listed within Fedora space, in fact a small one
is at http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html .
