I believe Sumantro is currently trying to organize one; they happen on
a sort of 'as-needed' basis and are scheduled around when new folks are
available. We could explain this a bit better on the page, I guess.

That's still sort of in transition, but I'll read it over and see if I
can make it better.

They are both not release-blocking for now, which puts them lower on
QA's priorities. This will change in future, though, most likely.
