Separate /var *used* to not work, but was supposedly fixed by 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1045168 - so either it 
regressed, or that fix didn't really work, or your issue is with 
btrfs, I guess.

That looks like a straight-up packaging error probably in tog-pegasus-
libs (whatever that is?)
