Thanks Felix. I'm happy to report changing bios settings on MB: AMI
Z77A-G43 (MS-7758)) to PEG+IGD Multi-Monitor appears to treat nv gpu
as
master which solves my problem.

BIOS Setup - Advanced
▶ Integrated Graphics Configuration
  ▶ IGD Multi-Monitor
Enables both integrated and discrete graphics at the same time. When
  disabled, it will default to Initiated Graphics Adapter selection.

Thanks, Poma. Just to verify ...

Advanced setting Options:
Selection#1 = Intel HD4000 is master
->Integrated Graphics Configuration
-->IGD
-->IGD Multi-Monitor enabled

Selection#2 = PCIe is master
->Integrated Graphics Configuration
-->PEG
-->IGD Multi-Monitor enabled

Is this correct?

Thanks for response,
Flash

Mr Gordon, why don't you just try both options.

poma

I have. #1 worked for F19 and #2 works for F20. Just trying to lockdown what I believed happen between versions.
