Oh. Yeah, this has been happening at least since F14. I never opened a
bug on it because I expected it was "you are too small to ride this
ride" when going for a minimal install. [Not that I have been
offiicially testing for this. I was just doing these installs on boxes
where graphics makes no sense.]
