My understanding is that the same SCL will be built for multiple Fedora
releases, so that it's properly rebuilt against all the new Fedora libraries
but it will provide a less-changing target for applications. For example, if
I have an application written in LangDujour, and there is a LangDujour 1
SCL, I will be able to use scl-LangDujour-1-1.f19 and then in the future
scl-LangDujour-1-1.f20 and scl-LangDujour-1-1.f21, without having to switch
to LangDujour 2.0 immediately when f20 comes out.

Correct?
