Honestly? I'd say use neither, as _sysconfdir is an overridable macro, and
if you actually use either _initrddir or _initddir in the case where
_sysconfdir is overriden, your script won't work, at all. 

(That being said, _initddir is more correct, as the scripts aren't initrds.)
