This example is doesn't make sense:

* Move the man pages into different sections in each package (e.g.
man1/myapi.1.gz and man3/myapi.3.gz)

man1 and man3 serve different purposes[1], therefore moving man-pages
from man1 to man3 is not applicable nor advisable.


+1 with the sentence above removed.
