Description: CWIRC is an X Chat plugin that allows the user to send and receive
Morse Code (CW) over IRC. Active CWIRC on IRC channels include #CW on
irc.freenode.net. Requires XChat 2.0 or higher to use. When installed a user
button is added to X Chat to allow activation/deactivation of the plugin. This
is my first submission for review sponsorship is needed.
