I First though it was there for SuSE support; the noticed it in Fedora doc but
forgot to put it back.

Upstream told me today he wanted to make a new release that would support the
latest InnoSteup format; so that would be "innoextract-1.6-1.fc24".

Backports should be easy, Upstream provides packages back to Fedora 20 in his
private repository:
