We want to include these packages in Fedora ppc64le. opal-prd : is a daemon that listens for hardware diagnostic events (by listening on the /dev/opal-prd device), and executes firmware-provided executable code to handle these events. opal-utils: contains user commands related to diagnostic. For the moment, only the gard command but we might add more.
