There are a few things:

[ ] From rplmlint:
    python-sievelib.noarch: E: non-executable-script
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sievelib/parser.py 0644L /usr/bin/env
    python-sievelib.noarch: E: non-executable-script
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sievelib/managesieve.py 0644L /usr/bin/env
    For this please take a look at:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging_tricks > Remove shebang from Python
libraries

[ ] Please update %url to something package related.
    pypi.python.org is too generic.

[ ] Don't miss the license text file 
    https://github.com/tonioo/sievelib/blob/master/COPYING
