Hi Juan!

There are a few things:

[ ] Spec file according to URL is the same as in SRPM.
[ ] Please rename the directory "%{py3dir}" 
[ ] A License file is missing
[ ] And https://github.com/g2p/rfc6266/blob/master/COPYING refers to GPLv3
while the spec-file says LGPLv2
