1. Builds on copr fail sometime due to failing test in file arpack.jl 

2. After installing from copr, I got the following error message:

Target architecture mismatch. Please delete or regenerate sys.{so,dll,dylib}

So I deleted /usr/lib64/julia/sys.so as suggested.

After that I got the following message on julia's start:

Warning: error initializing module LinAlg:
ErrorException("error compiling __init__: error compiling check_blas: error
compiling blas_vendor: could not load module libopenblas.so: libopenblas.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory")

So I installed openblas-devel to resolve it.
