Generally, the cross-compiled MinGW packages should follow the native Fedora packages as closely as possible: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:MinGW?rd=Packaging/MinGW#Track_Fedora_native_package_versions But there are mentioned some fixes due to forgotten DLL exports in the changelog.
