Fedora Account System Username: mattdm ---- Scratch was previously not packaged due to licensing concerns and because of an MP3 implementation. The license is now fully open source (GPLv2, MIT, and CC-BY-SA, variously), and the MP3 implementation has been removed. (In this release, there is a sanitized tarball; upstream has agreed to remove it completely for the next release.) There are known issues with sound (unrelated to the MP3 problem), and may be a few other functional issues which need to be resolved.
