libircclient-qt is renamed to communi. This is a re-review request for a
package rename.

rpmlint shows following warning, but this should be OK according to guidelines:
communi.x86_64: W: obsolete-not-provided libircclient-qt

[1] says: "If a package supersedes/replaces an existing package without being a
compatible enough replacement as defined in above, use only the Obsoletes from
above."
