I recommend the following tutorial: http://mywiki.wooledge.org/BashGuide In addition to adding new packages to our repertoire, we also need help with the existing packages. If you follow the instructions to become a packager, you will come to a stage where you need to find a sponsor. Let me know if/when that happens.
