It's a very nice idea, specially because it's an usual complaint from many non-English users. "It's half translated" "I don't get it" "Everything is in English" "The programme is fine but Help/Documentation isn't in my language" ETC. This will show that translations are improving every day, is an easy way to contribute and that Fedora and its community is interested in non-English speakers users as much as English speakers.
