A rather important announcement that merits a magazine post?

A round of applause and thanks for Stephen Gallagher please! He
recently got a packaging guideline approved that allows Fedora
packages to vary by product/edition:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Per-Product_Configuration

I wanted to propagate here, since this might be of use for future
package releases in F23. I would *not* recommend making any changes
to Fedora 22 packages at this time, we're too close to F22 Final --
just Rawhide/F23.

P.S. Stephen advised there may be a minor technical change for
upstreamability in systemd, but still, it's a Good Thing(tm).
