Hi folks, I've been working with upstream to fix a crash reported against freeorion[1]. They have been super-helpful and have given me a WIP patch set that fixes a lot of the crashes (see the RHBZ and Github bugs for the details). I've submitted an updated freeorion package that includes these patches to bodhi[2] and they should land in testing soon. I would really like to get as many people playing and testing this build as possible in order to discover as many other assertion failures as possible. If you've got some spare time, please give these packages a try and report crashes (via abrt if you can), or just reply to me here otherwise.
