I think that it should be a must. It doesn't mean that everybody will
do it we're all volunteer after all, but it shows that reviews are
importante.

It seems to me that these lists are double, because everybody subscribed 
to maintainers should also be subscribed to fedora-extras-list. Anyway, now 
that I'm subscribed to maintainers list I could see what happens there,
maybe it is not of interest to people subscribed to fedora-extras-list,
but I doubt it.
