Bittorrent license

Part of a recent discussion with a Debianista(R) revealed that they don't ship the official bittorrent client because it has the following restriction in the license:

6. [...] You cannot charge for, sell, accept donations or otherwise receive compensation for the Source Code.

Since bittorrent is written in Python, this more or less applies to "binary" RPMs as well. Not that anyone is packaging and selling stuff in Extras, but it's something to mull over.

Or is it?
