Just a remark. That section is wrong for several releases now. As a look at https://getfedora.org confirms it should read:


Fedora Editions
Fedora provides three primary Editions. tailored for some specific use cases. The site, https://getfedora.org offers Fedora Workstation for the developer and desktop user, Fedora Server for organizational infrastructure, and Fedora IoT as a strong foundation for the IoT ecosystem.


Cloud is not  offered on getfedora.
