If this really happen, the coordinator should be blamed as they are unable to tell the translator taking a look at zanata.

Exactly. We (translators) have already too much things to work on even
without having to learn operations and quirks of another translation
platform. I would bet the moved docs had sensibly lower translation
percentages than previous releases.
