If, like Ed said, they are going to use a CVS repository, you will be
able to get the tools for Microsoft Windows.  I recommend you get cygwin
from http://www.cygwin.com, and install cvs.



CVS can be driven from win32 OS's.

Cygwin is an option,
there are others for those that are Redmond bound, for whatever reason.


emacs, docbook etc all work well too surprisingly.
