We don't consider KDE 4.1 a big enough change to deserve a full-blown feature page, also considering that most of it (everything except kdepim 4 and the KDE4 libkipi framework in kdegraphics) also got pushed as an F9 update.

We will, however, make sure the release notes get updated for KDE 4.1 / F10, this was brought up on this week's KDE SIG meeting and jreznik volunteered. (I'll be helping him if needed. All the KDE release notes for F9 were written by me.)

As mentioned, KDE was just an example.

Or IOW: I'm wondering what new Features we might have no FeaturePage, but are nevertheless worth mentioning in the release notes or should get testing during QA.
