It was posted as a reply in context. Go back and read it if you weren't paying attention. If you can't satisfy the license on the whole, you don't have permission to distribute the software. The point is that you can't simply ignore parts that you don't like. This doesn't say anything at all about the desirability of the outcome as you claimed.
