If you want to actaully monitor things, you may try porting this to the auditing layer." User: "I'm sorry, I don't have the skills to do that. Your proposal is a cheap broken fix. We hold packaging things (especially the kernel) to a higher standard. You're asking to have your own little conflicting sandbox as part of Fedora to play in just the way you want, and are explicitly ignoring people who have suggested to you how to get your goal accomplished in a sane, maintainable, way. I'm not sure what sort of community you're used to where that's normal, but I can't imagine such a community is a good idea for Fedora.
