And I bet that more will choose ubuntu as a "friendlier" desktop if

Except noone is talking about forcing anyone to use selinux, just about
not 'suggesting' that they don't use it... which is exactly what turning
it off at install would be doing.
Sorry but you are forcing it if is enabled by default on install.
How much users (not counting devels, admins and testers) of fedora know
about SELinux and what it is? And what do people do when they install
something - they probably leave all settings on default in hope that
they don't "break" something with their wrong choices.
I would like to propose that the CD Desktop spin also always run as
root.
Users do not know how to correctly use file permissions (or even know
what they are) and they often are annoyed that they cannot simply remove
useless directories like /usr that serve no apparent purpose but occupy
a lot of space.
Ah, also, can we run Fedora on a FAT file system by default, it's a much
easier file system to deal with and works on Cameras too and it is not
case sensitive, which is really helpful, case sensitivity is sooo
annoying ...
And also those annoying pop-ups asking for the root of a password when
you want to change some configuration? What in the earth is the root of
a password? I'd say login as root with no password is the best for
usability,
please consider it!

Where is your bugzilla RFE? Don't say you didn't post it to bugzilla :)
I believe that all your most of your concerns can be dealth through
policykit so please put RFE to correct package.
