The problem is not evdev, it was working in F8, the problem is how the
new rawhide xorg moves all the input bits out of xorg.conf and there's
no documentation I know of on the new input hotplug configuration.

(also the new stuff uses evdev by default but let me repeat that's not
the problem — this part works)
