codeina works by reading /usr/share/codeina/xml/available-plugins.xml, which
lists for a particular 'bundle' (i.e., tarball):

- gstreamer element/mime type
- descriptive info
- EULA URI
- arches, sha1sum, etc.
- download link
- price, if needed

To change this list would reqiure respinning codeina. codeina, at the moment,
has no mechanism for installing RPMs or similar packages.
