Yes.
With the exception of the trademarked logos, the rest of the artwork
is licensed to be reused, so it need not all be replaced.
Indeed, and for the graphics containing logos, you can ask on the
fedora-art-list for unbranded versions (graphics in F8 are already less
branded compared with previous releases).
