Not at all, after a default install the icon will start Firefox and this does not change until you go to change the default manually (or unistall Firefox, if that was possible, but isn't)

It is unambiguous: the default web browser is launched. This is a task-oriented philosophy instead of application-oriented. In the same vein, the menu option titled "Word Processor" will launch OOo Writer and Movie Player will launch Totem, it is not a discrimination against Firefox.
some other browser that the icon should be also changer to it's default icon.
