For the short term it will have to do with whatever rel-engineering decide (as they have to test the thing), but for the future it is probably better to do this via fedora unity respins. Come an event time distribute respins to promote the distro AND the community aspect of it all? Are Fedora Unity still around? active? the new tools must be of use to them.
