make tag and make build in the cvs tree should do the right thing,
once you setup the koji client on your local system.

There is a UsingKoji page in the wiki which goes over how to setup the
koji client and how to setup the associated certificate in firefox so
you can login to the koji webinterface. Once you go through that,
make build in an up-to-date cvs tree should just work.

The real 'new' bit is the bodhi stuff which lets you move builds from
koji into the que for being published as updates-testing and then move
them to updates-released.
