The talk about making Fedora something more than a Distribution means applying 
the name to other projects or services, not changing the distribution itself.  
So making Fedora bigger/different shouldn't effect how the Distribution is 
used and wether or not RHEL/CentOS is the "LTS" version of Fedora.
