I don't follow the question...
There are some packages (mostly X stuff) with self referential descriptions:

 libXmu - "X.Org X11 libXmu/libXmuu runtime libraries"
libsilc - "SILC Client Library libraries for SILC client" (4 unique words in a 7-word sentence :)
 perl-Tree-Simple - "A simple tree object."

There aren't many (less than I remembered) so the situation is not bad.
