  Based on Rik findings, if Dom0 consume CPU too agressively it can
starve the DomU leading to this. It was suggested on the Xen devel list
to run
  xm sched-sedf <domUID> 0 0 0 1 1
to avoid the risk of starvation, until the default behaviour is changed
to avoid this.
