Ok, that wasn't clear. So you installed Fedora by itself on the disk, then wiped the disk and installed Windows? The issue could even be the old windows boot info hanging around. Have you gone into the BIOS and checked the boot entries? If you see any for Fedora or Windows, delete them. Fedora would fix its own if it was still installed and hopefully Windows can do the same if you boot the raw disk entry.
