As a general rule Fedora won't create parallel installed packages
unless there is a pretty compelling reason for people to require
the old version, and even then we'd first try to push users to
adapt to the v2 whereever practical.

So I'd ask why would anyone want to keep using the 1.x version
of ncdu, instead of moving with the 2.x version ?  If there's
no clear justification, then just update to v2 and don't create
yourself extra work keeping v1 around
